Andasibe: Grace Lodge

Accommodation at Grace Lodge is made up of 6 twin bungalows, 2 double deluxe bungalows, and 1 family bungalow which sleeps 4 people. Each spacious bungalow is equipped with an en-suite bathroom with hot water, fan, mosquito net and a private verandah which opens up onto the lodge's beautifully landscaped garden. The double bungalows offer guests more luxurious facilities and are beautifully decorated with rosewood furniture.
Andasibe: Vakona Forest Lodge
Located in a eucalyptus plantation on the doorstep of the Andasibe National Park, Vakona Forest Lodge is a nature lover's paradise. The lodge offers comfortable accommodation in a peaceful and natural setting and is Andasibe's only luxury hotel.
Vakona has its own private reserve where you can observe Madagascar's endemic species, from the tiny Brookesia minima Chameleon (no larger than your fingernail) to crocodiles and exotic birds.
Lemur Island is a charming island accessible by canoe, where you can meet habituated lemurs saved from captivity. Feed them a banana, and the lemur may perch on your shoulder!
Vakona Forest Lodge is a comfortable eco-lodge comprising 28 Malagasy style bungalows scattered in a planted garden of palm trees and bougainvilleas.
It has 10 family bungalows, 6 double bungalows and 5 twin bungalows and 7 triple bungalows. Each bungalow has a terrace with a small external living room, en-suite private bathroom with warm water, heating, a personal safe and a mini-bar.
The reception, restaurant and bar are contained within an octagonal building on a small lake, and you can relax over dinner whilst observing the local birds or around the fireplace.
Antsirabe: Chambres du Voyageur
Located in a quiet area of Antsirabe, Chambres du Voyageur offers clean, simple and modern accommodation. Situated within a beautiful tropical garden teeming with an array of birds, chameleons and turtles the lodge is a paradise for wildlife enthusiasts.
The spacious bungalows at Chambres du Voyageur are built in the typical architecture of the area. Ranomafana: Centrest Sejour
Accommodation at Centrest Sejour is made up of 6 twin rooms, 13 double rooms and 4 triple rooms all equipped with an en-suite bathroom with hot water. The spacious rooms open up onto a lush tropical garden where guests can enjoy the breath taking views of the nearby Ranomafana National Park.
Ranohira: Isalo Ranch
The hotel is located 5 km south of the city of Ranohira and 200 m from the Route Nationale 7 in the South of Madagascar. Set in a wonderful garden, full of fruit trees and herbs, Isalo ranch is a peaceful and relaxing place to stay during your travels to Southern Madagascar. Pavillion de l'Emyrne
A haven of peace in the city center, the Pavillion de l'Emyrne is set in small beautiful gardens and occupies a traditional mansion dating from 1930. The Pavilion Emyrne fully reflects the soul of its owner, who put his whole heart and energy into its restoration. Boasting a beautiful view of the royal hill and plains, the hotel is located in the heart of the old town in an area teeming with popular restaurants.
Each of the 13 rooms is spacious with its own individual design and all rooms tastefully combine modern decor with the older 1930's colonial building that houses them. Each room is air-conditioned, has en suite facilities, TV, mini-bar and the hotel has its own small restaurant located centrally with a lounge area where guests can enjoy tea and coffee throughout the day.
Mandrare River Camp
Three hours' drive north west of Fort Dauphin, in southern Madagascar, Mandrare River Camp is nestled under the shade of tamarind trees on the banks of the Mandrare River - the lifeblood of the region. Set in the grounds of an old colonial sisal plantation house, the camp is just three kilometres from the village of Ifotaka and opposite the sacred ancestral forests of the Antandroy Tribe.
Six large luxurious tents are generously spread out high up on the shady river bank, all with views across the tranquil water and the mountains beyond. With stone built bathrooms to the rear of the tents, hot water is supplied by a solar system so is never in short supply. By no means primitive, this is most definitely a luxury camp with comfortable beds and delectable cuisine prepared on site from the finest of ingredients. A real treat are the fresh Parisian patisseries prepared at 4am every morning. With so much to see and do, Mandrare River Camp and surroundings are best explored on a three night camping programme. Activities include visits to the sacred Gallery and Spiny Forest with its excellent sifaka and ring tailed lemur populations at both day and night, sample the local markets, visit the local villages and have sundowners in the amazing Baobab Forest.
Manafiafy Beach and Rainforest Lodge
Set on the South East Coast of Madagascar on a sheltered, forest fringed bay, Manafiafy is a new 6 bungalow lodge offering barefoot luxury in a tranquil setting. Located just 2 1/2 hours drive North East of Fort Dauphin, Manafiafy is a sleepy fishing village steeped in history.
Manafiafy Beach & Rainforest Lodge has only 6 bungalows on the edge of the forest and just a short walk from the calm blue waters of the ocean in a sheltered bay. The lodge is entirely powered by solar and each bungalow has hot and cold running water. The furniture is designed for you to relax and enjoy the magnificent views from your private deck. Ravintsara Wellness Hotel
Ravintsara Wellness Hotel is a four-star resort focused specifically on the combination of nature and luxury. Located only 35 minutes away from Nosy-be airport it faces Sakatia island on the west coast.
Each individually designed bungalow is set amongst a 5 hectare peaceful and relaxing tropical garden.
