This camp offers 5 chalets and 1 treehouse room for the more adventurous. Open
fronted, and comfortable the treehouse is elevated above the ground.

Rhino Walking Safaris Sleepout Platform
Location:
Kruger National Park, Mpumalanga
Description:
Guests depart on foot from Plains Camp (home of Rhino Walking Safaris) to the platforms arriving in the early evening in time to enjoy Sundowners on the platforms overlooking a waterhole where animals are drawn to drink.
Adventure Level:
Adventurous, but as there are other platforms nearby, you won’t feel too isolated.

No additional charge from Plains Camp. Sleepouts are totally weather dependent. The first guests to reserve a trail determine whether a Sleepout will be done on that trail or not.
A night at the Sleepout decks is available from Rhino Post as an optional activity. There is no extra cost for a group of 4 or more. For 3 or less guests a surcharge will be levied. Prior arrangement required and subject to availability.
